The Braves won their second game of the season familiarly – coming back from behind in the seventh inning or later. After falling down 4-2, Johan Camargo put the Braves on top in the bottom of the eighth with a bases-clearing, three-run double. It’s the Braves second win of the season and second win in a row, so why stop with the good news?

According to Mark Bowman, the Braves are likely to have A.J. Minter back tomorrow.

Minter began the year on the Injured List with shoulder soreness that was reportedly caused by a car crash. Bowman also continues to be wary of Vizcaino’s shoulder, which has been a concern dating back to his arm problems last year. Whatever has been bothering Viz, didn’t affect him Wednesday night in his first save opportunity of the season. He made Javier Baez and Kyle Schwaber look helpless flailing at high 90s fastballs complimented by filthy sliders.

Providing Viz can stay healthy, Minter will likely occupy the setup role and can also close when the matchups are in his favor. More noteworthy, it gives the Braves another arm to use in middle relief – an area where they have performed miserably in five games this season and were just as porous in 2018.

Another compelling factor is who may be removed from the roster with Minter returning. According to Bowman, Bryse Wilson was packing his bags.

Update: It is now official: A.J. Minter has been activated and Bryse Wilson has been optioned to AAA Gwinnett.
