AJ Terrell became the first player to miss a game with COVID-19 a few weeks ago, but the Falcons were able to prevent it from spreading throughout the locker room — a testament to how serious they have taken safety protocols. However, they didn’t get so lucky the second time around.

Yesterday, Marlon Davidson was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, and today, the Falcons have shut down their practice facility after multiple positive tests.

It’s still unclear who these players are, and we want to respect their privacy. Sunday’s game against Minnesota is very much be in jeopardy. However, more important than anything is the health of the players. Hopefully, they can find a way to contain this and get back to the field, but as we’ve seen with several other organizations, it is easy for things to get messy.

We’ll keep you posted on any more updates.
