Hawks agree to 10-day contract with Tyler Zeller

On Wednesday, Adrian Wojarnowski dropped a giant WOJ BOMB on the entire NBA world (only kidding) when he announced the Hawks reached a deal on a ten-day contract with Tyler Zeller.

Zeller was drafted in the first-round with the 17th overall pick by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2012. He started in 55 games his rookie season, averaging 7.9 points and 5.7 rebounds. After only two years in Cleveland, Zeller was traded to Boston when Lebron James came back to town, where Zeller spent the next three seasons. He most recently played last year as a starter for the Brooklyn Nets and in a reserve role for the Milwaukee Bucks.

At 7-feet tall, Zeller has been pretty consistent his entire career. He can give you five to ten points a night with decent rebounding and defense. Zeller will be with the team this weekend when the Hawks play a back-to-back against the Brooklyn Nets and New Orleans Pelicans.
