On Wednesday, Atlanta United officially rescheduled three matches, including the Mercedes-Benz home opener. Earlier this year, two matches were postponed because of construction delays for the new stadium. Those two, along with the home opener, are rescheduled as follows:
Originally scheduled for September 9th, the Mercedes-Benz debut match against FC Dallas has been rescheduled for Sunday, September 10th with a 3:30 pm kickoff time. The match will be nationally televised on Fox Sports 1.
The home match against LA Galaxy, which was set to be played on August 19th, has been moved back to Wednesday, September 20th at 7:00 pm. This match will also be televised nationally, this time on ESPN 2.
Finally, the home match against Minnesota United, originally scheduled for August 13th, has been pushed to Tuesday, October 3rd and will kickoff at 7:00 pm, and will be televised on FOX Sports Regional.
