The Braves have an absolutely loaded roster, one that rivals any in baseball. With so few holes, the acquisitions were thought to be over. On Wednesday, Alex Anthopoulos said nothing more was close regarding signings or trades. However, according to David O’Brien, the Braves are in talks with World Series MVP Jorge Soler, but they’re not alone.

I’m not quite sure how it would work when Ronald Acuna Jr. gets back because the outfield will be crowded. Marcell Ozuna, Adam Duvall, Eddie Rosario, and Acuna are all starters, so who knows where Soler fits into all of this. However, I’m entirely behind it. Soler would make this Braves’ lineup the most powerful in baseball, one-upping the Dodgers’ addition of Freddie Freeman.
