Court Date Set For Thabo Sefolosha and Pero Antic

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Thabo Sefolosha and Pero Antic will appear in court on June 16 in New York. This stems from the April 8th nightclub incident that involved NBA player Chris Copeland’s stabbing. This was a very controversial night in the fact that Sefolosha ended up with a broken fibula. No one truly knows what happened that night, but Sefolosha and Antic were charged with obstructing governmental administration.

Both players have kept their mouths shut for the most part about what happened. The attorney for both players has also kept quiet as well. Sefolosha has said he wants people to know the truth so he can actually speak on the matter. There were videos released on TMZ of that night, and both players have said the videos should help clear the eyes on what happened that night/morning. This is a matter Hawks fans will want to be updated on because many believe Sefolosha could have helped the Hawks in their playoff run. Both have pleaded their innocence to what happened on April 8 and now it is in the court’s jurisdiction.
