Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan has been under intense scrutiny the past couple of weeks due to his poor play against Carolina and Green Bay. Whether that blame should be placed entirely on his shoulders or not is a different story. However, on Sunday in Minnesota, he did his part to change the narrative and was named NFC Offensive Player of the Week.

Matt Ryan torched the Vikings defense, going 30 for 40 with 371 yards and four scores. He is now second in the NFL in passing yards (1,843), only 13 yards short of the injured Dak Prescott, and currently on pace to total 4,912 yards through the air with 29 touchdowns and only 8 interceptions.
