The Fulton County District Attorney’s office has indicted 26 people that carried out a series of high-profile robberies at celebrity’s homes, including Falcons star receiver Calvin Ridley.
The indictment charges several alleged members of the Drug Rich gang with Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) charges, including attempted murder, home invasion, kidnapping, burglary, aggravated assault, theft by receiving, terroristic threats, false imprisonment, etc.

What makes this story even crazier is Tron Carter believes Calvin Ridley was one of the victims that were extorted and held hostage, causing him to step away from the team last season to focus on his mental well-being.

If this is true, a lot of people will owe Ridley an apology. He took a thrashing on social media from fans after stepping away for whatever reason in late October. This shows that you never know what someone else is going through. And if this instance is true, Ridley was dealing with some severe PTSD or something close to it after being held hostage.
