According to Brad Rowland, Danilo Gallinari was upgraded to questionable for tonight’s game against the Timberwolves.

This comes after Gallo, who has only played in two games this year, injured his ankle at the beginning of January. His return will help the Hawks offensively, but not so much defensively. However, it is a step in the right direction; Gallo will space the floor for other ball handlers. This is the first of the three big offseason acquisitions set to return. Next is Kris Dunn, then finally Bogdan Bogdanovic.
Even if Gallinari doesn’t play tonight, he should be on the floor soon.
