The NFL just announced the offseason workout dates for all teams, where you can see your Atlanta Falcons at Flowery Branch. Voluntary offseason workouts consist of three phases.

The first consists of only meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation. The second may include on-field workouts at a walk-through pace with no live contact or team offense versus team defense drills. The third and final phase consists of organized team activities, i.e., OTAs. There is still no live contact, but  7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.

The Falcons may hold one mandatory minicamp for veteran players, but it must occur during the third phase. Arthur Smith may also hold a rookie football development program for seven works, which may begin on May 15.

Here are the dates for the Falcons, which are subject to change:

First day: Apr. 17, 2023
OTAs: May 23-25, May 31-June 2, June 6-9
Mandatory minicamp: June 13-15

The rookie program hasn’t been scheduled, but we will update you once those become available.
