More prospect experts continue to be high on the Braves farm system, despite all the talent that has graduated to the big leagues over the last several years. Just a couple of days after Keith Law ranked Atlanta’s minor league talent the second-best in baseball, Baseball America has put the Braves system at #4, behind only the Rays, Padres, and Dodgers.

Last season, Atlanta was also ranked the fourth-best farm system by Baseball America before being #1 in both 2017 and 2018. This year, only four Braves made their Top 100 list — Cristian Pache (#12), Drew Waters (#36), Ian Anderson (#44), and Kyle Wright (#64). If this confirms anything, it’s that Keith Law does not, in fact, hate the Braves. He just hates Drew Waters for some reason I cannot explain, who is firmly among the top 100 prospects according to Baseball America. Unsurprisingly, Cristian Pache is easily the Braves’ top-ranked prospect, and he continued to prove that a couple of days ago with a 3-3 afternoon at the plate. Pache will be starting in center field today for the Braves
