Much to the relief of Falcons fans everywhere, ten-year veteran Josh Harris is back with the Falcons one day after being waived.

It’s likely the Falcons made this move to maneuver the salary cap in some way; otherwise, it wouldn’t make sense. Harris is on a league-minimum deal, so signing a rookie to replace him would be more expensive. After the initial shock, it became clear that the Auburn alum would be back in Atlanta for the 2021 season.
